With a background in accounts, Ally’s role slowly changed overtime to focus more on the financial aspects of the business, leading to her newly created title of Finance Officer.
The increased level of responsibility and accountability are the keys to keeping Ally motivated.  Unlike other places she has worked at, each day at Mulleraterong is different.  Ally can be reconciling accounts one minute to helping a client the next. It’s the culture of the Staff and the clients that Ally loves the most at Mulleraterong.

Melissa Gould - Staff Replacement & Timetable Coordinator

She personally interacts with the clients through the administration office on a daily basis, whether it be to hand in a note, pay a bill or just to say ‘Hello’. During her time at Mulleraterong she has seen that there are many differing requirements for each client, all of which are taken on board by the staff to make each day a success.
